The hotel was newly decorated and clean inside, I appreciated it. My room included climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The property of choice in Puerto Plata.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, nevertheless everything was good.

Clean hotel, there were very good service and food. The room we had included climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. On-site restaurant Amici was a bonus, had dinner there.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a reasonable base for staying in Puerto Plata. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

Spotless rooms, varied breakfast with lots of food, kind staff. Incredibly beautiful view, a large balcony, great bed, too. Services were good too.

Perfect rooms, plenty of products for a great breakfast. Informative staff who were always there to help. Poolside bar was nice and clean. The pool was good and the views were lovely.

The hotel was picture perfect, its location and service were okay, I loved it. My room included smoke detectors for safety measures. Just a walk down to the beautiful beach. Also, costa dorada was 1 mile away from the property.

The staff is always considerate and the rooms are great and truly beautiful. The airport is 0.5 miles away.

Extremely comfy rooms and happy stuff - we liked it. Really large suite and really comfortable bed. The staff did all they can for a VERY VERY GOOD stay.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Room rate was DOP 13860. A huge variety food for breakfast, everything was good!

We would return there if staying in Puerto Plata. Enjoyed the place, perfect for vacation. Bar staff was the real gem of this hotel. We were offered beers and coffee at the beer-bar.
